廻船問屋街

富山県の岩瀬には、かつて北前船で栄えた廻船問屋の町並みが残っている。
廻船問屋とは、江戸時代の開運業者の事である。

古い町並みの中には、「北前船廻船問屋 森家」（きたまえぶねかいせんどんや もりけ）が国指定重要文化財として現存している。
このような一郭がある事は、富山に住んでいた頃は知らなかった。

ライトレールに乗り、岩瀬を後にする。

Iwase in Toyama Prefecture, there is a town of Kitamae Shipping Building.

In the old town, the “Morike Kitamae Shipping Building” has been in existence as an important cultural property of Japan.
That there is such a town, I did not know when I was living in Toyama.
